FAQ'S

SHOULD I EVER USE VANISH OR SIMILAR TO ATTEMPT TO REMOVE A STAIN?

The short answer is No. Unfortunately it's a natural reaction to reach for the nearest spray bottle when you spill a cup of tea or spill a glass of wine after one too many. The reality with these household products is that they in most cases contain bleach and that's why for a short while it'll appear to have been removed... however after a day the area will begin to attract dirt and turn into a grey/brown mark on the carpet or upholstery. We can resolve only so much of the stain after Vanish(or similar) have been used because it'll tend to set the stain in and even leave it bleached after. And in most cases this will only show once we have fully extracted the product, so next time avoid costing yourself a new carpet and call us immediately. We're alot cheaper!

SHOULD I MOVE FURNITURE BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?

Absolutely. However we understand that you can't have your sofa stuffed into your kitchen while trying to do the kid's lunches before the school run! So we only ask you to remove as much as possible with regards to coffee tables, shoes, lamps etc. The idea is to clear the space as much as possible to allow us to find every inch of the carpet to clean.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF STAIN PROTECTION SPRAY?

Lots. The number one is preventing further accidents like spilt wine from marking furniture or carpets. The second most important factor of stain protection is that it'll help maintain your carpet/upholstery for longer which means in the long run you won't have to have them cleaned for longer and it'll save you money!

HOW DOES LEMON CLEANING TAKE PAYMENT?

We accept payment via cash, card and bank transfer. We require payment on an immediate basis unless agreed otherwise between our customer and ourselves. All customers are invoiced electronically.
