End of tenancy prices are subject to the following: 

• Window cleaning all windows inside and outside

• Ovens no larger than a double oven, hob and single extractor(any ovens larger will be subject to additional charges)

• Spring cleaning does not include oven, windows or carpet cleaning

• Houses/Flats larger than 4 bedrooms will need to be quoted in person

• Prices for Flats do not include stairs

• If a property has more than one set of stairs or is a flat with stairs, then please add an additional charge of £30 per staircase(15 steps maximum) to the overall price

• Prices do not include cleaning out garages, that will incur an extra charge.
